1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian to place an order.
By submitting an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
2. Products
Zodiacara sells made-to-order apparel and related products featuring original zodiac-inspired designs.
We make reasonable efforts to display products, artwork, colors, dimensions, and descriptions accurately. However:
Screen settings may cause colors to appear differently
Printed colors may vary slightly from digital mockups
Product placement and print dimensions may vary slightly by garment size
Manufacturer measurements may have reasonable production tolerances
These minor variations are not normally considered defects.
3. Made-to-order production
Products are created specifically for the customer after an order is submitted. We do not maintain conventional finished-product inventory.
Because production may begin shortly after payment is confirmed, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed. Customers must carefully review the product, design, size, color, quantity, and shipping address before completing checkout.
4. Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. An order is accepted when payment is authorized, and the order enters processing or production.
We may reject, cancel, or limit an order for reasons including:
Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment
Incorrect or incomplete customer information
Pricing, product, or technical errors
Product or material unavailability
Unsupported shipping destinations
Violation of these Terms or applicable law
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
5. Prices, taxes, and charges
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Applicable taxes, shipping costs, and other charges are displayed during checkout before the order is submitted. Customers are responsible for reviewing the complete order total before authorizing payment.
We may change prices at any time, but price changes will not affect an order already accepted.
6. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment provider displayed during checkout. Zodiacara does not directly store complete payment card numbers.
By submitting payment information, you authorize the payment provider to charge the total amount shown at checkout.
A payment may be declined, delayed, reviewed, or canceled by the payment provider or issuing financial institution. Zodiacara is not responsible for a payment provider’s independent decisions or service interruptions.
7. Order changes and cancellations
Requests to change or cancel an order must be submitted immediately to info@zodiacara.com
with the order number.
We will attempt to accommodate the request, but changes or cancellations are not guaranteed once the order has entered production or fulfillment.

8. Fulfillment
Zodiacara uses Printful and its fulfillment partners to print, package, and ship products.
Order information necessary for production and delivery—including the customer’s name, contact information, shipping address, products, sizes, colors, and quantities—is provided to the fulfillment provider.
Fulfillment times may vary by product, location, availability, order volume, and other operational circumstances.
9. Shipping and delivery
Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur because of production demand, carrier operations, weather, customs, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside Zodiacara’s reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including any apartment, suite, or unit number.

10. Returns, refunds, exchanges, and damaged products
Because products are made to order, returns, refunds, exchanges, and replacements are limited to the circumstances described in our Returns, Refunds, Exchanges, and Order Changes Policy.
Customers must contact Zodiacara before mailing any product. Sending an item without authorization does not guarantee a refund, replacement, or exchange.
Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
11. Intellectual property
The Zodiacara name, logo, website content, artwork, product designs, graphics, photographs, text, slogans, and other brand materials are owned by or licensed to Zodiacara and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, publish, scrape, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from Zodiacara content without prior written permission.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership or commercial rights to the artwork printed on that product.
12. Acceptable website use
You may not:
Use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
Attempt to interfere with website security or operation
Submit false information or unauthorized payment details
Introduce malicious software or automated attacks
Copy or exploit website content without permission
Use the website in a way that infringes another person’s rights
We may restrict or terminate access when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
13. Third-party services and links
The website relies on third-party services, including Hostinger, Stripe, Printful, and shipping carriers. Those providers may have separate terms and privacy policies governing their services.
Zodiacara is not responsible for the content, availability, security, or independent practices of third-party websites or services outside our reasonable control.
14. Disclaimer
We make reasonable efforts to keep the website accurate, secure, and available. However, the website may occasionally contain errors or experience interruptions.
To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties not expressly stated in these Terms.
Zodiac-inspired wording and artwork are creative and symbolic expressions. They are not professional, medical, financial, legal, or psychological advice.
15. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Zodiacara will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or products.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, Zodiacara’s total liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law or to rights that cannot legally be waived.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Consumers may also have mandatory rights under the laws of the jurisdiction where they reside.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services, policies, providers, or legal obligations.
The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
18. Severability and waiver

Failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
